In this episode I explore family once again. I speak about breaking generational cycles, migrations within our community and internal feelings which build up over time, within past generations. I explain to you guys how the saying of "family comes first" should not always be followed, as when we all form our families, we are able to differ right from wrong and wrong from right. As a Latina, with Ecuadorian background, I express my own perspective of our culture, and how that has shaped my own family and the belief of not allowing others to influence my future decisions. In this special episode, I open up about my current feelings and speak about how hard it has been for me to let go of people and places in the past, and even now. I recorded this episode on Wednesday midnight, which makes it even more special as it was my 23rd birthday, and it was a good way to also desahogarme doing something I enjoy the most, recording. I tell you guys my experiences in both friendships and relationships and give you some tips of how to let go of someone or of something, whilst being in that same process as well. Being attached and loving can sometimes be overwhelming, but learning from it, will make us better, I hope you all like this episode!

Throughout December, I had a rough time and I explain a bit of my roller coaster of emotions and some of the things that happened. I then speak to you guys about my experience living with my parents during my twenties. I tell you the good and bad things of sharing space with each of them and our overall relationships. In this episode I speak about my journey into believing in myself. I wanted to speak about this, thanks to my achievement of passing my driving test after a lot of fails. I share with you guys the process I went through to get to where I am now and both of my self-diagnose theories of why I struggle to believe in myself. I also give you some tips on how to start your journey into believing in yourself and brining out all the good qualities you have!

In this pre recorded epsiode I speak a bit about the time I went to a concert and how the following week was my brothers birthday party. I then speak about what it means to be raised Ecuadorian, explaining some of our old superstitious beliefs and traditions. I tell you what I personally believe about them and reflect on my own experiences. I share some past examples from friends and family, where I mention some sensitive subjects vaguely. In this episode I speak about my journey to self-love, with it's definition and tell you what it means to me. I share with you all my acne story from beginning to end, with some of the home remedies I tried throughout my secondary years all the way to when I turn 21, when I took roaccutane. I also talk about some of the bad memories which I have and give you guys some tips on how to begin with your own journey to self love. I hope you enjoy it!!!

In this episode, I speak about el primer amor, a first love, VS el amor de tu vida, the love of your life. I tell you guys the difference between both loves and why we usually tend to confuse both loves when we are in a relationship. I also reflect back on my own experience which was my first relationship, where I had a first young love, bad, but the one that I believed to be the love of my life.

In this episode I speak about my experience of going to see Aventura with my parents, from start to finish! I let you know how special that moment was for us all and how grateful I was to have shared it with them, as I consider my parents to be my best friends. Later on, I speak about the saying "mejor sola que mal acompañada", and how I personally apply this saying. I suggest to you all how we shouldn't take losing people in a bad way but rather look forward to the better that comes, in both relationships and friendships.
