  • What are the differences between individual responsibility and belonging to a group? Does it necessarily mean that benefit to the individual takes away from the group, or that benefits to the group mean that there’s an implicit negative impact on the individual?

    As coaches, we are called to be of service, so we are only successful when we are serving our clients to the best of our ability.  Our values align personally and as a collective when we want to be of service. So the question then - do we need to add consideration to our larger impact into our models? 

    Is the coaching community considering their impact versus intent?  Rising tides rise all boats.  We all benefit from having a society that values all of our wellbeing and all of our health and all of our pay equity and everything.
