  • In 2020, I found myself at the lowest point of my life. Depression, anxiety, and an overwhelming sense of unhappiness led me to attempt suicide. Miraculously, I was given a second chance at life. This experience has driven me to make significant changes in my life and now I want to share this journey with others who may be struggling.
    Every day since then, I have worked tirelessly to overcome negative thoughts or feelings by incorporating practices such as gratitude exercises, meditation and energy shifting into my daily routine. These practices have not only helped me find peace but also contentment despite the challenges that life throws at us.
    Mental health issues are prevalent worldwide, all over the world; according to the World Health Organization (WHO), more than 264 million people globally suffer from depression alone. It is crucial that we acknowledge this reality and take steps towards promoting mental well-being.
    I am fortunate enough to have had a fantastic support system which made it easier for me to overcome everything. However, not everyone is as lucky. Therefore, I encourage individuals all over to adopt these simple yet effective mental health practices into their daily lives.
    By doing so we can help create a society where happiness isn't elusive but rather an integral part of our lives regardless of our circumstances - personal relationships or financial situations or even grief.
    Remember you can be truly happy despite what life throws at you - always have faith and believe in something good but make the change yourself first! Be Blessed
