Renee Paser-Paull of Soaring Pathways works with people who have been through traumatic experiences in their lives. Renee survived having a stranger break into her house, put a knife to her neck, threaten to kill her and rape her.

She found herself in the hospital that same day having a laughing fit after trying to figure out how to flush the toilet when she realized that even after going through what she had just experienced that she could still find JOY!

And this was the moment that she began to Thrive and not just try to survive.

Michael is on a mission to end the stigma of disability! 

He was born with Spina Bifida and the doctors told his mother that he would never walk, talk or feed himself and that she would be best to have him institutionalized. BUT, she refused to accept this and today Michael has proven that a diagnosis is not a Truth!

He has won 57 medals in various wheelchair sports and is now leading a movement to break the Stigmaof disabilty.

Michael Humel of Wheels n Warriors shares his mission to Empower people through his writing. He has been a freelance writer since 1994 and uses his writing to create conversations for disabled and able bodied people to better understand each other.
