  • Why I Started This Sh*t Show 🚑🔥
    2025/08/12

Welcome to the launch of Lights, Sirens & Real Sht* — the unfiltered EMS podcast where nothing is sugar-coated.

In this first episode, I tell you exactly why I started this podcast, what you can expect from future episodes, and why sharing the raw, messy truth about EMS matters. This is more than stories from the field — it’s about the moments that shape us, break us, and sometimes make us laugh until we cry.

    💥 In This Episode:

    • Why I decided to hit record and pull back the curtain on EMS life
    • What this podcast will cover (and why it might not be for the easily offended)
    • How this job changes you — for better and worse

🎧 Lights, Sirens & Real Sht* brings you the highs, lows, and dark humor that keeps us going in emergency services.

  • The Worst Shift I Ever Had… and How It Broke Me (A Little)
    2025/08/12

    Some shifts leave scars.

In this episode, I walk through one of the worst 24-hour shifts of my career — 16 calls, nonstop chaos, and moments I still carry.

It started with a cardiac arrest. I got urinated on, vomited on, and dug a 14-week-old fetus out of a toilet. At 3:00 AM, we worked a 19-year-old kid wrapped around a tree. We all knew how that one ended.

This one broke me a little.
But I’m still here. And if you’ve been through something like it — you’re not alone.

🎧 Lights, Sirens & Real Sht* is where we say the things nobody wants to admit about EMS.
This is one of those things.

🛑 Trigger warning: Graphic and emotional content.
