This week, Carly invites her bestie, Lara, onto the show to discuss her recent trek up Mera Peak in the Himalayas.

Lara shares how she was a hard yes when the opportunity presented itself, despite being fairly low on detail on what it would take to pull this off. It's a fun episode talking about courage, climbing, personal growth and friendship.
