DALLAS,Texas — A 54-year-old man was arrested following an active shootercall on July 16, 2025, in the 1500 block of North Beckley Avenue.Southwest Patrol officers responded to the scene after witnessesreported a man shooting at a car.

Uponarrival, officers found David Frank, of Dallas, Texas, at a residenceon Beckley Avenue, along with fired cartridge casings and possibleblood on the ground, indicating a recent shooting, according to apress release from the department. Detectives obtained a searchwarrant, leading to the seizure of two handguns, ammunition, bodyarmor, and gang paraphernalia associated with a known motorcyclegang. A second search warrant allowed officers to confiscateadditional gang memorabilia, including a leather vest with patches.

In recent weeks we've been seeing raids after raids on multiple motorcycle clubs. Is it time to ask, “What don't you get?” What I mean by that is with this new administration the law enforcement agencies are not playing around. The feds are taking down dozens of people at a time, recently 28 Mongols. I believe it's time for motorcycle club leadership to put the smack down on members who bring trouble to others within the motorcycle club.
