If you can write out a beautiful story about yourself and who you want to be and how you see yourself and who that person is and how she/he is becoming than you can create that person in your mind. You can speak those words into existence and become that person you hold in your mind. Come with me on a solosode where I talk about my journey with how I speak to myself and what changes I have made to let go and love myself more and speak more loving words to myself.
