The construction of a building is usually made up of different phases or moments. Although they may vary from one project to another, the normal thing is that this process has about five key moments that are the ones that we are going to explain below.
First phase. Documentation in order. All the plans, permits, documents and supplementary reports must be closed and have all the pertinent authorizations. We refer to the following: elevators, electricity transformers, pumping equipment, industrial exhaust fans, vertical garbage chutes and solar panels.
