    Aisha is an undergraduate of Cal Poly Pomona University, Go Broncos! She graduated with a degree in Psychology and earned a minor degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. She spent a few years working as a Los Angeles County Children and Families Social Worker. She is also a graduate of Mt. Saint Mary’s University of Los Angeles where she earned her Master of Science in Education and her California State Teaching Credential. Aisha also spent a portion of her undergraduate education studying abroad in London, England.

    LaTisha Evans is a veteran homeschooler of 24 years. She has homeschooled all 4 of her children from preschool to 12th grade. She is an expert in helping others understand and maximize the significant window of time we all have with our children in their formative years. LaTisha has also shared her love for teaching and learning by serving in various roles in the homeschool community. She has been a licensed tutor, Homeschool Classical Tutorial director, Co-founder and curriculum contributor of Children of the Sun African Centered Classical Tutorials, Online Logic, Philosophy, Health, and World History instructor, and her current role as a Homeschool Advisor.

    LaTisha’s children have maximized their homeschool experience with all three of her young adult children earning undergraduate degrees, two hold master’s degrees, the oldest is completing her PhD at 26 years old and her youngest daughter will be attending law school in the Fall at 21 years old. Her youngest and only son is concluding his high school studies in advanced courses and desires to become a medical surgeon. LaTisha’s encouraging and uplifting wisdom continues to guide families and instruct them in creative ways to simplify their homeschooling journey while reminding them, “You Got This!”
