Isn't it just easier to let life happen? The moment I stopped trying to control the outcome of every aspect of my life and finally just LET GO was eye-opening as I understood this was the ultimate paradox of life. Distractions from beautiful moments steal experiences we were meant to have. It's OK to trust the universe to deliver the perfect life for you, so just let it happen.

Going from surviving to thriving can be a process, but one that everyone has the capacity to do.
