Sunday 13th April – Jon Carlise preaches from Mark 11:1-11. On Palm Sunday, Jesus deliberately entered Jerusalem on a donkey, fulfilling prophecy and making a statement of kingship. This humble arrival contrasted with earthly power. Though hailed as king, the crowds misunderstood his sacrificial mission. Ultimately, this humble King will be exalted, but only after his ultimate act of humility – his death on the cross.

Sunday 6th April - Dan Roach preaches from Mark 10:32-45. This sermon discusses Jesus' journey to Jerusalem and the disciples' self-seeking ambition despite Jesus' foretelling of his death. Jesus teaches that true greatness is found in service and sacrifice, exemplified by his own impending death and resurrection, the core of the message of Easter.

In the final interview of this series, Charli talks about her role as a Support Worker at the YMCA.

Sunday 30th March – Dave Rogers calls the church to a corporate step of faith together as we look to move into all that God has for us. He encourages us to see our upcoming venue change as a door that God is inviting us to step through in order to create space for continued growth.

Sunday 23rd March - Dan Roach preaches the last message in this series from Genesis 23. This sermon explores the circumstances surrounding Sarah's death and how Abraham works out his grief with faith underpinning his response. His purchase of land for her burial is highlighted as an act of faith in God's promises. Dan also reflects on grief and the hope in eternal life that we have as Christians.

Sunday 9th March – Mick Taylor preaches from Genesis chapter 22. Over 25 years, Abraham's faith matured through tests and obedience. This sermon encourages us to evaluate where our faith stands – rising, falling, or plateauing – and to consider where God is calling us, even with unanswered questions. Like Abraham, we can entrust all that we count as most precious in our life into God's care.
