    It's amazing how much our thoughts can impact our lives! Our beliefs about ourselves—what we can do and how capable we are – affect so much of how we show up in the world. Affirmations are such a simple act, but as you'll find, with time, they can deeply transform your life for the better.

    These affirmations are delivered slowly, with long pauses, guiding your mind to slow down and relax. Each one is said twice—first for you to hear, and again for you to repeat to yourself.

    So get cozy. Find a comfortable position. Take a few slow, deep breaths, and let your mind gently drift away to a peaceful place of your own choosing.
