    Lakes are habitats, a world in themselves. They bring character to the city, help us deal with water-related issues like flooding and water supply, give us a space to reconnect with nature and communities, and on and on...

    But sadly, lakes and ponds today are polluted with waste, sewage, toxic chemicals - affecting human lives, livelihoods and biodiversity that depend on these lakes for sustenance.

    What if we could come together to restore these lakes, the right way? And build community in the process? Listen to the inspiring story of Arun Krishnamurthy, founder of EFI - Environmentalist Foundation of India, an environment conservation action group that has restored hundreds of lakes and ponds across India. You can be a part of this movement too.
