What I love about this meditation is that it’s under 10 mins and it really packs a punch, so it can help you change your state quickly (which you may be needing during this festive season!) but remember that forgiveness is for any time of the year, not just for Christmas!
You can listen to this meditation as many times as you like, and when you first start using it, you may be called to do it a few times back to back, or you may be called to do it everyday for a period of time…there are no rules other than to actually listen to it and engage fully in the meditation!
