1/2 oz. Laird's Applejack (100 Proof)

1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

1/2 oz. Grenadine

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1 Egg White

2 Cherries, 1 Skewer

2oz Rye Whiskey

3/4oz Lemon juice

3/4oz Simple syrup

1 Egg white

Absinthe rinse

Dry shake to combine, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled coup
