God is Calling You Back to Your True Self.

God knows the real you — even the version of you that you feel has gotten lost. If you are listening today, You know that there is more to you than meets the eye. I had to say it sis. I know it sounds cliche. But there is more to you than you don’t even know or have tapped into.

Those feelings of unrest at times with where you are in life or a spark in you that you can’t put words to describe are signs that God is calling you and He is in pursuit of your life.

Jesus, tired from his journey, sits by Jacob's well while his disciples go into town to buy food. The Samaritan woman came to draw water in the hottest part of the day, and Jesus asked her for a drink.

Jesus purposely pursued her in the hottest part of the day without food or water and waited for her to show up. He asked her to give Him some water, knowing that she would know that she would feel unworthy of giving him anything.

In His pursuit, He offered her something no man could give her, living water where she would never thirst again.

I challenge you to pursue God today with intention by reading the story of the woman at the well and ask God to show you something new, to give you a fresh revelation of the passage. Be ready with a pen and a pad and watch God speak to you.
