He reminded me that I am deeply loved, fully known, and never forgotten, even when I feel overlooked or insignificant.

I open up about how I used to idolize people and friendships, believing that love was something I had to chase or earn. I thought I had to constantly strive, prove myself, or even beg for people to show up, to make time, and to stay close. I thought closeness came at the cost of my peace and worth. But God, in His loving mercy, gave me what I thought I wanted those friendships, those validations only to show me that they weren’t the answer. They weren’t what I truly needed. In this episode, I unpack the painful yet liberating process of watching my desires get exposed, seeing my idols lose their grip, and allowing God to realign my heart with His truth.
