    2025/08/18

August 18th, 2010. 30-year-old Ben McDaniel, an experienced but uncertified cave diver, heads into the clear blue waters of Vortex Spring, Florida, just before sunset. For two days, no one notices he hasn’t come back until they see his truck is still in the parking lot. A search begins and divers find his tanks deep inside the cave… but no Ben or his equipment. Years later, no trace of him has ever been found.
