このコンテンツについて
Welcome to Europe and Globe.
The podcast that explores today's world and changes the way we look at tomorrow's challenges
In this first episode, we'll explain the European Union's Deforestation-free Regulation (EUDR), which will become mandatory on January 1, 2026. We'll see what the new rules of the game will be, and how they align with the European Green Deal.
We'll then look at the largest forests on the African continent and how they can be affected by deforestation. We'll also explore the challenges facing all governments in developing the food systems needed to meet the needs of a growing population.
Finally, we'll explain how to comply with the EU Deforestation-free Regulation (EUDR), which requires companies to meet numerous indicators, respect the laws of producing countries, and trace products back to the plot of origin.
