In 1980 she was the first artist in the history of the Academy Awards to have, and to perform on the show, two movie nominated theme songs. David is from Liverpool, England - the hometown of John, Paul, George and Ringo - and is considered one of the world’s foremost Beatles experts. He’s written books on the Fab Four, gives Beatle tours in Liverpool, and had a prominent role in the documentary “Looking For Lennon”. David talks about the history and significance of Liverpool, the relationship of the city to the Beatles, and tells the back stories behind “Penny Lane” and “Strawberry Fields Forever”.
