    The podcast centred on Accontability and how is its importance. in our society we tend not to show much care for the simpliest of things and starting a business means you have to be consistent in making sure that you are accountable for it.

    With acconatability, businesses and small businesses can thrive on a long term their business journey becuase it stipulates and outlines everyone's responsibiity in achieving the organisation goals. It also helps in the transperancy of a business, showing the fairness and true position of the business activities. Lack of accountability devalues intergirty and possible business success.
