In the past, there were reports of Mark Gordon and his company, Mark Gordon Co, optioning the rights to the Throne of Glass series for a TV series, with Hulu and Disney-ABC Domestic Television involved.

Ultimately, the rights to create a TV series from the Throne of Glass books were returned to the author, indicating that no official adaptation was ever produced.

While there have been numerous fan-made adaptations and ideas for a Throne of Glass TV series, they are not official projects.
