 *Excuse Us* is a darkly humorous, post-apocalyptic radio play set in the quiet town of Joiceville, where something went wrong at the local diner. The series is told through the perspective of Catherine L. Dee, the only survivor, as she recounts the bizarre and traumatic events leading up to the disaster. Through quirky, fragmented episodes, Catherine unravels her story—introducing listeners to the diner’s eccentric staff and the eerie happenings that took place under the surface of everyday life.
Meanwhile, a shadowy corporation known as Blind Corp. looms over the narrative. Behind the scenes, two operatives from Blind Corp work to piece together the mystery of the zombie apocalypse that tore the town apart, questioning Catherine in an attempt to understand the horror that unfolded.
The series blends cosmic horror, dark comedy, and human drama, as it explores themes of survival, corporate overreach, and the madness beneath the surface of a seemingly peaceful town.
