In this episode I share with the community the direction I'd like to take the podcast. It feels more energizing to me to discuss ways in which we can bring our spiritual practices and experiences into the world to serve from a place of truth, purpose, and passion.
I'd like to invite you to try this practice. Write a letter to yourself and answer a few questions. How have you changed since you started your awakening journey? What have you learned? What are your values and principles you choose to emulate from your own authentic voice and authority? What characteristics are you enjoying about yourself? What are you still experiencing challenges and resistance in your life?
By writing a letter to yourself, you will be able to gain clarity and vision around what you have learned, how you have changed, and the wisdom to decide what you want to do with your purpose and life mission.
