This week I am featuring Folsom, a city east of Sacramento…. Folsom has a strong sense of community that embraces its history…. There is a really good Saturday farmer’s market on Sutter Street, outdoor shopping at the Palladio, and many miles of trails to explore….. Numerous top rated schools and beautiful parks complement easy access to Folsom Lake…. For those who like to travel it’s about 40 minutes to the Sacramento Airport…. Most commutes to Sacramento from Folsom are about 30 minutes via the freeway….. Or, an alternative is light rail which travels on a regular schedule between Folsom and Sacramento…..
