Send us a text about the show!
In this episode we cover NHL and NBA playoffs and predictions, we also cover the crazy low golf scores at the PGA Championship. Are the courses easier or are the players getting better? We talk about the Caitlin Clark fever hitting the WNBA and how players are hitting back at her fame. We also cover the advent of NCAA now allowing schools to pay the athletes of their schools! Wow lot's to cover! We hope you like the episode and we hope you have a safe and happy memorial day weekend.
Definitions:
- Moneyline - You pick who wins or loses. There is no point spread just a simple win or loss and in the case of soccer you can pick if there will be a draw.
- Spread - The spread is a wager where you can pick if a team will get within or outside a set amount of points or runs. The underdog must get within this number and favorite must get outside this number.
- Over/Under - You pick if the game with wind up with more points or fewer points than a set number that is picked by the betting company.
- Parlay - This is a series of linked bets that if all of them win you get a great payout, but if one of them loses then you get nothing. These bets are notoriously difficult to win.
