Hi! Welcome back! Season 4 of the Life I Love Podcast is all about paradoxes, and this month, we’re discussing the balance between impermanence and stability. On today’s episode, Start Before You're Ready, I’m honored to chat with Kahja Elliott.
Kahja is an East Coast transplant who has called the Bay Area home for the last 10 years. She’s a food enthusiast and influencer who believes the best way to know a place is through its food. In 2022, her passion led her to launch Kay In The Bay, a platform dedicated to creating community through food. Kahja is also the creator and host of The As Told By Podcast, where she interviews people across various intersections of the food industry.
In this episode, Kahja and I explore the paradox of impermanence and stability. She shares how trusting herself has empowered her to take big risks, even when she didn’t feel entirely ready, and how that leap of faith has led to some of her greatest successes. Kahja talks about navigating change while staying grounded and how starting before you’re ready has been a core principle that has helped her balance the fluidity of life with a sense of stability.
