Welcome to Wild Savvy Meditations….  In today’s meditation, I’ll guide you through a meditation to clear feelings of irritation.  These feelings may be your own or energy that is around you.

If you are feeling irritable.  If someone around you seems to be irritable a lot.

As you do this meditation, you might notice more irritability is around you than you realized.

This meditation will allow you to detach from these feelings and diffuse them, without avoiding them.
