About the Guest:

Anja is originally from Serbia and has been working in the hospitality industry for 8 years, with 6 years at Marriott across various locations, including Barcelona, Dubai, the Cayman Islands, Belgrade, and Salzburg. She started in Operations and transitioned to Sales. Anja loved working with people and making them happy!

Her favourite quote is from Maya Angelou: "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel," which she finds very important in hospitality.

About the Episode:

Anja introduces us to the two five-star properties in Salzburg - Sheraton Grand Salzburg and Hotel Goldenahirsch. Modern Luxury is described and examples are shared across both locations that exemplify how the global client can truly relax and enjoy their entirely personally designed experience within elegant and spacious accommodation. She goes into the history of both hotels including their previous occupations in the 1400s.
