The care bear represents my very special guest Kiara who has been the best support and help as well a guide to begin my podcast. She holds me accountable and is helping me get my shit done. Learning to express my true ideas can be difficult when i am not sure how to explain myself fully, but Kiara has a soothing energy that will not judge me, but protect me, and I have all gratitude for her for making me sit down and just press record. I have taken a few months to sit with myself and truly contemplate myself and what anything means to me.
