Feola opens up about her transition from a demanding career in graphic design and marketing to finding a business model that allowed her to balance work with family life.

Perhaps what struck me most in our conversation, was Feola's profound personal transformation. She reveals how stepping far outside her comfort zone—particularly in overcoming her fear of public speaking—has built her confidence in ways she could never have imagined.
We also explore the benefits of the franchise model, and how it can provide autonomy of business ownership alongside the support of an established community, as well as the flexibility that allows being fully present as a mother.
