Ep. 50-The Antidote for Anxiety: Learning to Work through Anxiety Biblically

  • サマリー

  • Do you or your children struggle with worrying excessively over things? I remember many nights when my girls were newborns where I would stay up all night consumed with worry and anxiety over their wellbeing. I still often get consumed by the anxiety tornado that swirls around in my mind when situations or circumstances feel out of my control.

In Philippians 4:6, we are told to not worry about ANYTHING. How is that even possible? How do we worry well when life is overwhelming?

Today on the podcast we are going to talk about the antidote to anxiety based on what God says in his Word. We will explore Philippians 4:2-7 together, and see how we can learn to worry well and tools to help us or our children work through anxiety.

****I am not a doctor. As I say on the podcast, I am not talking about clinical anxiety. There are some of you who struggle with the all consuming physical and mental ailments that come with anxiety. Please see your doctor, there is definitely a place for medicine in many cases. This is not medical advice but a tool for our toolbelt to help us work through every day situations we face. Much love and grace to you! xo, Margo
