I've been heavily involved in my own personal development since I began both racing motocross and practicing martial arts in 1974. I later became a master electrician, then owned and operated an electrical contracting company and simultaneously raced bicycles as an elite amatuer for many years before moving into holistic lifestyle and healing practices (after selling my company in 2013).
