Today I wanna release you from the idea that you need to “be strong” for anyone, including yourself! You don’t have to put on a strong front for your family, your spouse, your kids, yourself, others who are hurting, etc. Stop trying to “be strong” and let yourself just be.
And I don’t care if it’s been days, weeks, months or years, since you’ve lost someone, if you are STILL grieving that loss, it is 100% acceptable.
If you feel you need someone to hold a safe space for you to process your grief so you can lighten it even a little bit more, I’m here for it!
