    Austin and Amanda Alexander met in college while working at a summer church camp. They fell in love and have spent the last 10 years happily married. While much of their time is spent with their three beautiful children, Austin and Amanda both share a passion for health and fitness.


    For the last 9 years they have been expressing this passion through their online training company VAOS (nay-os) Fitness through which they seek to use creative and motivational tactics to help their clients reach their heath and fitness goals.


    They are dedicated to their family and their careers, always seeking to inspire others to lead healthy, active, and well balanced lives.
