What do you control? This is a big question. Our minds want to convince us that we are in control of everything and if we want to come back into a state of safety and balance in our expereince then we just need to "re-gain control" of it. Yet this is a delusion! You can't re-gain that which you never had access to in the first place. In order to optimise we have to let go of the things draining our precious life force energy and redirect it to something that builds it. AKA away from that which we cant control and focus it on what we can. Which is less than youd think but more far reaching than you could imagine.

Optimisation is more about letting go of the things that don't lead you to your outcome, than taking on more and more and more. This takes courage as what we have attached ourselves to up until this point is what we define ourselves with. Therefore in order to truly optimise expereince we must redefine who we are.
