Happy Women's History Month to all my female listeners. This one is for y'all specifically. This is our boundaries era. Hope we never get tired of the word because it is imperative that we utilize it in our lives.

I am in this era where I am no longer afraid to get rid of things that do not contribute to my happiness. As I said in this episode, life is hard already, let's try our best to seek moments that put a light in our lives. However, we have to make room for those moments by getting rid of the ones that don't especially if we have the authority to do so. As I said, let 2023 be the Happy New Year that we have wished for ourselves and others.

Hey y'all! It has been a minute but I am still here! In this episode, I hope to encourage those who might feel like they are a bit left behind in life, especially in this social media age where everyone only shows how well they seem to be doing. As much as I wish you get to that level in your life where you can do the same, let me show you another way you can celebrate as you are heading in that direction. Tune in to listen and see.

What are you saying to yourself that is limiting and not making you be confident and be your best? Yes, it is good to know your weaknesses but admittance doesn't mean acceptance. Rather use it to turn your weaknesses into strengths so that the old, self-defeating story no longer exists.

For this first episode I just want to encourage you to share your own light, however big or small, as I am doing mine right now so that things get back into equilibrium as darkness cannot prevail.
