We become more aware of health when it´s lacking. But when we feel ok, do we take for granted how valuable health is?

Health of the body, mind and soul... we are complete when we take into account all these parts. If we focus only in physical health, as traditional medicine does, we leave out important parts of our health that, if we keep ignoring, we will continue to become ill if we don´t take them into account.

In this episode, I share with you science, tools and practices that are fundamental part of my day to day, for my general wellbeing and integral health.
