The shift is here, generally speaking. Rates are still dropping so things should expect to continue to move...
Either way, when selling, you NEED a good agent *wink wink* because only the best presented & marketed homes are selling for some great prices.
The Rental Market is getting still chugging a long at a reasonable pace & it'll largely depend on the economy.
As mentioned above, If you are looking to buy your first or upgrade, NOW is a really good time to do it before it gets too competitive. The rates are still relatively high but they are starting to drop. Remember to "Date the Rate & Marry The Price"
