Priscilla Hunter was a force of nature. She helped revive the Coyote Valley Band of Pomo Indians and led her tribe as Chairwoman. She was a committed environmental activist, helping to preserve the wild spaces and wildlife of Northern California. She was a peace and justice activist, fighting for indigenous people across the globe. She was a bright light whose loss makes everything a bit dimmer.
