  • Episode 10: The Resurrected Life
    2024/04/04

Happy 10th episode! On the heels of Easter, Myra discusses the impact that Christ’s resurrection has on our day-to-day lives- especially our battle against cyclical sin and shame.

The beautiful reality of Jesus’s resurrected life includes new life available to us–not just when we die, but right now! Myra discusses an article written by Ellen Dykas for Harvest USA’s blog (also linked below) that draws parallels between Lazarus’s bodily (albeit temporary) resurrection by Jesus and our own call out of the tombs of sin & shame and into the light of new life in Him. If you feel stuck in sin and shame, listen in to the hope of Jesus and find freedom in Him!

She shares two specific areas requiring repentance in her own life: worshiping control and comfort. She testifies to God's goodness to draw us to repentance and lead us into the freedom that's on the other side, often using people in our lives to help us in this process!
