About 25,000 units of this cold medicine were sold nationwide at Costco locations including Massachusetts, New York, California, Florida, Texas, and other states, between October 30, 2024, and November 30, 2024.

Gardners Candies, Inc.has recalled its Cappuccino Meltaway® Bars, Lot Number 082725, and Gardners Meltaway Treat Boxes containing the Cappuccino Meltaway Bars, Lot Numbers 101625 and 112525. These products contain undeclared tree nuts (cashews) that create a risk of a serious allergic reaction for individuals with tree nut allergies.
