    On this episode of Deans Counsel, moderators Ken Kring and Dave Ikenberry speak with Anuj Mehrotra, Dean and Stephen P. Zelnak Jr. Chair, and Professor of Operations Management, at Georgia Tech University.

    Prior to his time at the Scheller College of Business, Mehrotra served as the dean of the George Washington University School of Business (GWSB) since 2018. Before GWSB, Anuj was senior vice dean and vice dean of Faculty Development and Research at the University of Miami School of Business Administration. He was also the school's interim dean, vice dean of Graduate Business Programs and Executive Education, vice dean for Faculty Affairs, and chairperson of the Department of Management Science.

    Anuj is in his third deanship and, as such, he's perfectly positioned to offer a birds eye view of the evolution and demands of the position. During this jam-packed conversation, he speaks with Ken and Dave about:
