1. Welcome & Introduction (10 min)
o Quick icebreaker: “If you could describe yourself in one word, what would it be and why?”
o Brief overview of S.H.I.F.T. framework, focus on S—Self-Awareness.
2. What is Self-Awareness? (10 min)
o Discussion: “What does self-awareness mean to you?”
o Definition: "Self-awareness is the conscious knowledge of your own character, feelings, motives, and desires."
o Quick video or quote about the importance of knowing yourself.
3. 5 Key Points to Becoming You (20 min)
o Break down each point (see below).
o Reflection/Journaling: After each key point, have participants jot down thoughts or answer a prompt.

1. Pause and Reflect
• Take time daily to check in with yourself. What am I feeling? Why?

• Prompt: List one event that shaped who you are—what did you learn?

• Ask others for honest input and listen without defensiveness.
• Prompt: Who can you ask this week for honest feedback about your strengths?
4. Embrace Growth
• Know your strengths and weaknesses, and recognize that you can change and grow.
• Prompt: Identify one strength you can leverage this week and one area you want to improve.
5. Realign with Your Values
• Know what matters to you. Make decisions that reflect your personal values.
• Prompt: What’s most important to you? List your top 3 values.
