In this episode, Eden dives into the conversation of not feeling safe when life feels TOO GOOD to be true.

Since birthing her baby, Eden has felt in this complete and utter state of bliss. Life feels amazing. She is loving Motherhood and all that it is offering her. For the first time in years she is taken care of financially and doesn't have to worry about how she's going to pay rent. And she truly just can't believe how good and EASEFUL it all feels.

But feeling this good feels unsafe in her body and her nervous system after a year of intense contraction. Navigating fear, grief, loss of self and identity, and all the other things she experienced during pregnancy, this expansion feels so NEW and tender and scary.

This episode shares the story of how Eden realized she was holding some deep grief in her body, how this unprocessed grief showed up in physical symptoms, and how she cleared these symptoms instantaneously.
