  • NOAH: FOUND FAVOR | NOAH AND THE WRATH OF GOD
    2025/05/22

This message explores the sobering reality of God’s wrath through the story of the flood. God's wrath is not impulsive anger but His righteous judgment against sin.

Before the flood, God showed great patience—giving 120 years for people to repent and sending Noah as a preacher of righteousness. But when that patience was ignored, judgment came.

    Three key truths:

    1. God’s wrath is part of His perfect character — He is both loving and just.
    2. God’s wrath reveals His justice — He responds rightly to sin.
    3. God’s wrath follows ignored patience — God waits, but not forever.

The flood reminds us: judgment is real, but so is grace. Just as Noah found refuge in the ark, we find our salvation in Christ. God is patient, not wanting anyone to perish — but urging us to repent before it’s too late.
