Melissa is an image coach, personal stylist and personal shopper working with companies and individuals worldwide. After training at London College of Fashion, she launched her own consultancy in 1992 offering individual and group sessions for men and women.
She works with clients on impact and impression management, style, colour analysis, wardrobe editing/management and shopping. Her mantra is always look good, feel good, perform well.
Melissa is also an experienced fashion show stylist and public speaker and believes that credible training is a pre-requisite to being a successful image coach which has led her to start an academy to address the gaps in the market.
Melissa has won two awards for her work - in 2023 she was voted Best Personal Stylist (Southeast) and in 2024 Best Personal Stylist (London) by SME Magazine.

Sheldon Daniel is an Executive Coach and Strategic Reputation specialist with over 25 years of experience, including a role as the former Director of Corporate Responsibility at BP Group. He works with companies and individuals to enhance leadership and communication skills, focusing on visionary, adaptive and effective leadership in diverse environments. His innovative coaching methods incorporate role-play, pop culture, sports and mindfulness to facilitate client breakthroughs.

Sheldon has co-authored chapters on coaching and diversity in respected publications and brings a Caribbean flair, warmth and humor to his coaching sessions. He is dedicated to building extraordinary leaders and fostering enduring relationships across cultures and corporate landscapes.

Travis is a Consultant Organisational, Counselling, Exercise and Sport and Coaching Psychologist as well as Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at the University of South Australia.

He was a member of the original Faculty of the world’s first university-based Coaching Psychology program at the University of Sydney, co-author (with Tony Grant and Michael Cavanagh) of the world’s first evidence based coaching psychology text, a foundation committee member of the world’s first coaching psychology interest group within the Australian Psychological Society and a contributor to the world’s first set of Workplace Coaching Standards for Standards Australia.
