• He didn't think he was qualified to do the purpose of God for his life
• He was the weakest in his clan
• He was the lead in his father's house
• He presented a sacrifice/provision ( our life is now a living sacrifice )
• He gave it the way that he instructed
• He gave peace ( Jehovah Shalom)
• God accepted the offering
• God visited him personally
• He built an altar: A place where God can appear and commune. Where you can lay a sacrifice.
• The same night that the lord spoke again
• His process was instant
• Gideon made himself responsive, and God guided him

Establish: set up (an organization, system, or set of rules) on a firm or permanent basis.

• Yield and submit yourself: agree with God and be conformed to his will.
• When you submit to his will, you experience good will come to you.
• You will be built and restored
• Removing unrighteousness far from our lives
• Considering “world valuables” as resources and not “God.”
• Praying is our lifeline
• He lifts up the humble

• Some trials aren't brought upon us by the devil.
• God is gaining our attention by delivering us into the hand of the enemy.
• This story shows how Israel was in a repeat cycle of sin, bondage, and needed deliverance.

• Samson's mother interfile and had no children
• What word has God spoken?
• "You shall conceive and give birth to a son."
• What instructions has he given towards the promise?
• He keeps saying and reminding her of the promise.
• "Teach us how to steward the promise"
• When your word come true"- faith statement

Verse 12: What is the word that governs the boy's life and works?

Govern: Conduct the policy, actions, and affairs.

Policy: A principle of action adopted or proposed by a government advocating the policies that promote the government's success.
