Ricky opens up about his baseball journey. Ricky discusses the MLB and talks on topics regarding the Yankees. Ricky also gets to distinguish the differences of Las Vegas Living compared to Illinois Living (where he played in college). Ricky used baseball to get a step ahead in life. We learn that Ricky is the symbol of heart because of his work ethic and dedication to believing he could accomplish his dream.

Izzi and Daniel open the dialogue with a handful of the sports that Izzi had competed in. Izzi is the first guest that does NoT have a singular dominant sport instead, she is a multi-sport athlete. Izzi constantly chased the hunger for becoming the best in multiple athletic avenues and ultimately found her sound in women's wrestling. As Izzi took on her gym rat work ethic, Izzi discusses not being able to remove that itch for wrestling which now is pushing her down the MMA route. Daniel ends the show with giving Izzi her flowers with her mental outlook being her most dominant weapon.

Anthony introduces himself to the world providing his story for the first time. Anthony talks about being in the shadows and facing losses head on while being in an elite Slam room. He guides us down the changes he had made in his mindset to make his mindset match his mat performance; to prove he was amongst the best wrestlers in the valley.
